6.10 Version

Universe SE

• For data matching rules, a new algorithm for matching records by links has been added. Also check out the important technical changes.

• Some rules for filling in have changed: ref:matching tables <matchtable>: now the system names of matching tables and columns must start with a letter and can only contain letters, numbers and the symbol "_". Maximum length = 63 characters, minimum = 1. Also, the comparison of the uniqueness of the names of tables and columns has become case-insensitive. Before updating the system, it is necessary to remove from the mapping model all tables and columns that do not meet the new rules, otherwise the model will not be available for saving.

• For columns matching tables, a new column type File name has been added, which allows you to compare attributes of the "File" and "Text File" type by file name (without content).

• New search criteria for approval tasks were added: "Initiator" and "Available to me". 2 new columns "Initiator" and "Object" were added to the table with the list of tasks. Also check out the important technical changes.

• In record card, extended information about the record has been added: displaying the Etalon ID and External ID of the record, as well as information about the user author of the creation, modification or deletion of the record.

• New segments were added for execution threads to send messages to SmartETL about the events of merging and disconnecting records. For more information, see technical change log.

• The customization of the display of incoming relations in the record card using special connection settings parameters was implemented. Also see important technical changes.

• New resource has appeared in the access rights of the "System" section: "Default columns".

• Ability to match an unpublished draft with published records was added.

• Transliteration of string simple and array attributes in search was added.

• Ability to detach records in consolidation history was implemented.

• Resources for custom batch operations in the "Record Management" section of access rights were added.

• Function of searching reference set records and relations via extended search mode was implemented.

• The display of complex attributes and new button "Expand / Collapse all cells" were added to the search results table.

• Ability to attach multiple files to the "File" value type for a simple and array attribute was added.

• The "Relation existence" submenu was added to the relation search criterion.

• The key attribute feature was added, the value of which is checked for uniqueness between instances of the complex attribute within a record. Also the ability to autogenerate simple string attributes :ref:` of nested objects <dmnestetobj>` was added.

Universe ЕE

• New parameters for classifiers properties were added to the backend.properties file. The REST endpoint: POST /`api/v1/classifiers/model/reindex was added.

• Finalized REST endpoint: POST api/v1/classifiers/classification/search to display classification data in the search output. See the :ref:` technical change log <changelog-ee>` for more details.

• Advanced classification search feature was added.

6.9 Version

Universe SE

• Migration from Elasticsearch to Opensearch was made. Additional steps for migrating to Opensearch was added to the system install and updade instructions. Also check out the other important API changes

• "Changelog" section was added to the Universe product documentation.

• In the record card the possibility of cloning a record with specified parameters was implemented. The corresponding extension point is also added.

• Task to clear unused passwords, as well as authentication checks that can lead to a blocking logins were added. Also see additional actions when installing/updating the system.

• New "Duplicates" right was added to system access rights and the ability to change system rights settings without forced logout and re-authorization was implemented. For more details, see important changes.

• Some REST API modules were deleted and refactoring of rendering mechanism was done.

• Background operations of cleaning audit log data was added to the system configuration parameters, and a new audit export operation were added.

• Array-attributes and relations modification strategies were added to the record modification batch operation. Also new extension point for batch modification operation were added.

• New audit events were added to the audit log. Also see important changes.

• A switch for autoconsolidation of records was added to the assignment of matching rules to entities/reference sets. The switch is implemented with a new extension point.

• Ability to start a new operation after a successful/failure completion of another operation was implemented. New API modules were added.

• New operations of data matching, data merging, and an operation to reapply data quality rules to records were added.

• Parameters of data reindexing operation were added.

• For data reindexing operation the possibility to index workflows data was added.

• The record consolidation history screen was added.

• For data matching rules new algorithms for matching records by fuzzy value matching was added. Also check important technical changes.

• The name of the :ref::complex attribute sheet in the XLSX file <xlsxformat_complex> was changed. Also see important changes when importing files.

Universe EE

• Messages about adding or deleting classifiers are now recorded in the Audit log.

• In the batch operation parameters of import and export the Classifications flag for loading and unloading information about the classifiers was added.

• Classifications modification strategies were added to the record modification batch operation.

• New rights were added to the system access rights: "User groups" and "Access Directory", as well as a group of "Classifiers" rights and the "Classifier model administration" right.

• When configuring assignments of matching rules to entities/reference sets, it is now possible to change the order of rule sets. The automatic selection of the first available rule set when adding a matching table has also been implemented.

• A new component GroupsTable was added, which is used to display the user group and its roles.
